Michael Gamble, Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser
Michael is a New York State Certified Residential Real Estate appraiser with more than ten years of experience in the ever-changing Manhattan market. In the past year alone, Michael has appraised more than $675,000,000 in residential Manhattan real estate.
Michael has comprehensive appraisal writing and review based experience, as well as proficiency in analyzing market data for a number of appraisal firms that operate in the New York market.
Michael attended the prestigious Chaminade High School on Long Island before graduating from St. John’s University in Queens with a BA in Sports Management.
After an internship in media relations with the National Hockey League and an early career in the sports world, Michael turned his focus to his passion – real estate.
Michael worked his way from an apprenticeship at an appraisal firm to launching his own small residential appraisal firm once he acquired his license. He then brought his expertise to Wachovia as a staff appraiser, where he was recognized for his work with a Wachovia Shared Success and Quality Appraisal Team award.
Michael is a dual citizen of the United States and Italy. He and his wife currently reside on the north shore of Long Island with their lovable Siberian husky, Blu.
