Alan Hudesman, SRA – Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser
An industry expert with more than 24 years under his belt, Alan Hudesman is a Certified NYS Real Estate appraiser and FHA-approved Appraiser with experience in single and multi-family dwellings, cooperatives, condominiums and land in the greater New York City marketplace.
Alan got his start in real estate as part of the team at Oxford and Simpson Realty, where he provided services in corporate relocations and consulted on investment property acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to entering the real estate field, Alan was a Senior Sales Associate for a Fortune 500 company, Pitney Bowes, where he won several sales awards for his work in the New York City marketplace.
He holds a B.A. from George Washington University and holds the SRA Designation. He is pursuing the AI-RRS (Review) Designation from the prestigious Appraisal Institute, of which he is a member.
Alan currently resides in Oyster Bay Cove, Long Island, and is proud of his three grown children, who are from oldest to youngest, a medical doctor, investment consultant and an automotive industry student.
